Business Product Manager Retail Media Onsite (m/f/d)

Your tasks
Own the business side of Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands ad formats, including product strategy, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization
Act as the interface between commercial stakeholders and product/engineering teams, translating business needs into technical requirements
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on the roadmap, prioritization, and feature development
Monitor and analyze product performance, usage patterns, and advertiser feedback to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities
Define and track key KPIs (e.g. CTR, CPC, ROAS, fill rate) and ensure product success from both advertiser and user perspectives
Drive go-to-market planning, including positioning, internal enablement, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Lead business-side input for A/B tests, pilots, and feature rollouts, ensuring commercial relevance and scalability
Support inventory mapping, monetization strategy, and alignment with broader Retail Media initiatives
Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices in retail media
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in product management, ad tech, digital marketing, or retail media
Solid understanding of onsite advertising formats, especially Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands
Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with technical and commercial teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Familiarity with ad tech platforms, DSPs, retail media networks, or related systems is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Self-starter (m/f/d) with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-impact solutions

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Product Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen the Retail Media team, with a focus on onsite advertising formats such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. Be responsible for the strategic development, lifecycle management, and go-to-market readiness of these key advertising formats within the Retail Media ecosystem.
This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Ad Operations, Product \& Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Marketing to ensure that our advertising products meet customer needs, create value for advertisers, and align with our business objectives.
