Location: Ireland - Field based
PurposeClinical Sales Support helps the sales team and promotes usage of Medline’s Product Portfolio.
You provide expert knowledge and customer reassurance during hospital trials and through both formal and informal training to achieve the highest possible acceptance, user satisfaction and contract compliance.
You will be field-based and work with sales and other clinical specialists, servicing customers, promoting product usage and representing the company within hospitals and buying organisations as required.
How can you help us?Ensure that new users accept the introduction of Medline products during trials and evaluations.
Achieve the highest possible satisfaction with using Medline products amongst new and existing users.
Promote the positive benefits of the Medline range and advantages for customers buying from Medline.
Implement agreed activity plans to ensure sales targets are achieved in accordance with the Medline business plan.
As part of this plan, deliver appropriate training based on agreed key messages and support product users at all stages of the sales process.
Provide expert advice and reassurance to new users of all staff and medical grades in the clinical setting to achieve excellent acceptance and user satisfaction.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Medline’s products/portfolio and their use in best practice.
Contribute feedback to the development of training strategies and materials to support the usage of these products.
Develop and maintain time management and IT skills to maximise overall effectiveness.
Provide clinical expertise for troubleshooting in problem accounts, handling quality complaints with sales specialists.
Help analyse the root causes of any customer complaints.
Ensure that all relevant company documentation is completed correctly on time.
Represent the company professionally at all relevant times to maintain high customer confidence.
Are you a match?Nursing and/or medical training completed, preferably with operating theatre experience
Availability to travel (\~80% of the time)
Knowledge of the practices and protocols of an operating theatre environment desirable
Full driving license required
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to resolve issues positively and develop solutions
Ability to communicate, adapt to change, and work towards goals
