A Day in the Life

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including:
Assisting with Center of Excellence (CoE) duties, such as employee sales training, campus recruitment (e.g., video editing, PPT slide preparation), HR operations, and data management for Total Rewards team.
Managing employee personal files, including filing and data entry.
Supporting receptionist duties when necessary.
Assisting with ad hoc HR projects.
Job requirements:
Preferably Year 2 or 3 students, majoring in Business or a related field
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Canva or other media editing tools
Strong command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese \& Mandarin) and English
Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Working schedule: Minimum commitment of 1.5 to 2 days per week, with flexibility to take on additional hours during the summer as needed.
