Your Role

In the operations role, you will act as a therapeutic/product specialist for local medical affairs.

You will co-lead the brand or local launch team in developing therapeutic strategies, launches, and branding.

You will lead medical affairs activities in the designated territory, in accordance with defined local medical launch strategies.

You will be responsible for the assignment, tracking, and monitoring of relevant KPIs and metrics for medical affairs.

Additionally, you will consolidate and effectively communicate market trends, insights, and unmet needs identified in the field.

In the data generation and dissemination, you will lead or support clinical studies, coordinate local clinical projects, and manage the local publication process.

You will engage stakeholders by providing training to healthcare professionals and representing the company at medical education events while collaborating with external stakeholders on innovative solutions.

Who You Are:

You have a strong background in medical affairs or clinical research. Excellent communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Proven ability to analyze and interpret medical data and trends. Experience in developing and delivering training materials and educational events.

Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills for managing budgets and resources.

Passionate about improving patient outcomes and advancing therapeutic knowledge.

English Advanced.
