Position Overview
Meril Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent and motivated
Product Manager
to manage and grow its medical devices portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in product lifecycle management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including planning, launch, growth, and optimization
Develop annual business plans, product strategies, and sales forecasts
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance
Marketing \& Business Development
Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies
Develop and maintain marketing collaterals, presentations, and communication tools
Support branding initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Sales Enablement
Provide structured product training and ongoing support to the sales team
Collaborate with sales teams to improve product adoption and revenue growth
Participate in sales meetings, customer engagements, and key account discussions
Market Research \& Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct market research and gather insights from healthcare professionals and channel partners
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders
Represent the organization at conferences, CMEs, and industry events
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with R\&D, regulatory, supply chain, and quality teams
Support clinical evaluations and ensure regulatory compliance
Contribute to product improvements based on market feedback
Reporting \& Analysis
Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and ROI of marketing initiatives
Prepare management reports and business presentations
Candidate Profile
MBA / PGDM (Marketing preferred)
3–8 years of Product Management experience in Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Willingness to travel
