Overview
We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in managing release pipelines, CI/CD processes, and automation to support Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate) solutions. The role will focus on implementing DevOps best practices, ensuring reliable deployments, and maintaining governance across Azure and Power Platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
Release Management: Manage end-to-end release processes for Power Platform CRM solutions, including solution packaging, environment strategies, and deployment automation.
Azure DevOps Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for Power Platform and Azure-based applications.
Environment Management: Coordinate development, test, UAT, and production environments for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. Ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance.
Automation \& Infrastructure as Code: Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell scripts.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align release management with business and compliance needs.
Monitoring \& Optimization: Ensure pipeline performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and optimize release workflows. (Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or equivalent tools is preferred.)
Security \& Compliance: Implement secure DevOps practices within release pipelines and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
Required Skills \& Experience
Proven experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts).
understanding of Power Platform (Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate) release and ALM processes.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, YAML pipelines, or Python).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform, or equivalent).
Solid background in managing Azure cloud services and environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform using Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of governance and compliance in cloud deployments.
Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or third-party monitoring tools.
