MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Summary

Metacomp is seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and shared platform services on multi-commercial cloud, enabling our engineering and product teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and scalable applications.

You will play a key role in strengthening our automation, Kubernetes, and cloud-native capabilities, supporting both production and non-production environments to ensure high availability, performance, and operational resilience across business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, build and manage cloud environments (primarily AWS, OCI) including networking, compute, storage, and security configurations.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, to automate cloud services provisioning and configuration.

Integrate IaC with CI/CD pipelines to enable programmatic infrastructure management and reduce manual intervention.

Support containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes, to modernize application deployment.

Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, technology operations) to align infrastructure with application and business needs.

Participate in incident management and recovery, ensuring rapid response and minimal downtime.

Maintain compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong experience with multi-public cloud services (e.g., AWS EC2, EKS, Lambda, networking, organizations, OCI VMs, OKE, Autonomous DB).

Hands-on experience in architecting and managing cloud landing zones and multi-tier application environments.

Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation and Infrastructure as Code principles.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab and DevOps practices.

Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration at scale.

Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive root cause analysis.

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese for cross-border collaboration.

Nice to have

Certifications in AWS, OCI.

Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response frameworks.

Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
