MGRM is seeking a visionary Web Development Architect to take complete ownership of the technical strategy and execution for our global web presence. Reporting directly to the AGM of Sales \& Marketing, you will be the primary technical leader responsible for translating our commercial vision into a world-class digital reality.

Core Responsibilities: What You Will Build and Lead: Strategic \& Architectural Leadership:* Partner with Sales \& Marketing leadership to define, architect, and execute a multi-year web technology roadmap that drives business growth and enhances our global brand. Present technical strategy and architectural blueprints to executive stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business value.

Technical Design \& Implementation: Architect and govern the end-to-end implementation of our next-generation web platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant. Evaluate, select, and standardize best-in-class technologies, frameworks, hosting solutions, and design patterns.

Intellectual Property \& Innovation: Drive the technical design and development of innovative, proprietary web-based applications and platforms that form the core of MGRM's digital IP. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, championing their adoption to continuously improve our online presence.

Team Leadership \& Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a global, remote team of web developers. Foster a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement through rigorous code reviews, technical guidance, and professional development.

Execution \& Quality Assurance: Serve as the ultimate owner of our web platforms' technical quality and stability. Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical production issues, conduct thorough testing and debugging, and ensure all solutions adhere to the highest standards of security and functionality.

Professional Qualifications: The Expertise You Bring

Required Qualifications:* A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a senior software engineering or web architecture role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex, large-scale web projects.

Expert level knowledge of WordPress, WordPress plugins, Drupal and Joomla, etc.

Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects with globally distributed, remote development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Expert-level, full-stack knowledge of web technologies, including modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), back-end languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), and web server/hosting architecture.

Deep understanding of web security principles, data protection, and best practices for building secure, resilient applications.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and designing cloud-native architectures, including microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.

Experience in high-impact or regulated domains such as Gov-Tech, FinTech, or Healthcare.

A strong understanding of the legal and technical aspects of creating and protecting Intellectual Property (IP).

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
