Your mission

As a Software Support Engineer you provide timely support to international customers and Key Users of the MIC Global Trade Management (GTM) - Suite, analyze source code, and document knowledge in our knowledge base to keep the software running.

Support our international customers and Key Users in the application of our software products and ensure that solutions are rolled out in a timely manner (2nd level support)

Answer technical and functional inquiries from customers regarding MIC GTM-Suite

Analyze of the source code of the MIC GTM-Suite (Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL)

Document knowledge (technical notes and articles)

Your Skills And Qualifications

Computer science education (HTL, FH, Uni) with some years of relevant work experience

Good knowledge in JAVA, SQL and relational DB

Very good English (spoken \& written)

Service orientation and good communication skills

Independent and structured way of working

Compensation

We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 44.450,- gross per year (full-time employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
