We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Power Platform and Agentic AI, who is passionate about driving our customersâ business applications and intelligent automation transformation on the Microsoft platform. This is a customerâfacing role that owns both the Business Applications technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft.
In this role, you will help customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investments by designing and guiding solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AIâpowered agents built with Copilot Studio. You will engage customers through architecture design, implementation guidance, and operational health engagements, enabling scalable, secure, and governed lowâcode and AI solutions.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify highâvalue use cases, define transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption of automation and agentic AI capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Agentic AI \& Intelligent Automation: Design, position, and enable AIâpowered agents using Power Platform and Copilot Studio to automate endâtoâend business processes, orchestrate humanâinâtheâloop scenarios, and augment decisionâmaking. Guide customers on when and how to leverage agentic AI responsibly, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to governance and business outcomes.
Usage (Cloud \& Support) Growth: Drive Customer Success outcomes by helping customers understand and realize the value of the Power Platform. Lead architecture and solution design sessions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, address customer and governance questions, and provide best practices for scalable, secure deployment within the customer environment.
Remove Adoption \& GoâLive Blockers: Identify and resolve technical, governance, or organizational blockers impacting the goâlive of Power Platform initiatives. Lead business and technical conversations to help customers maximize value from their Microsoft investments, delivering solutions in alignment with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and reusable IP.
Learn It All: Demonstrate a strong growth mindset by continuously aligning individual skilling with Power Platform innovation, AI capabilities, customer needs, and Customer Success goals.
