The SharePoint team is hiring a Product Manager II to reimagine how millions of users create, publish, and consume communications, news, and publishing experiences in SharePoint and Amplify. Youâll own end-to-end UX innovation across some of our most iconic surfaces, crafting intuitive, delightful interactions that balance magical simplicity with real-world business and technical constraints.
In this role, youâll partner closely with design, engineering, and research to modernize publishing workflows, distribution channels, and management tools at massive scale. Help shape our backlog and drive initiatives that drive innovation into SharePoint news and Amplify communication publishing and management, leading to measurable increases in user satisfaction and engagement.
Be accountable for driving awareness and excitement for these initiatives across our internal and external stakeholders and customers, ensuring feedback gets channeled back into our plans and the product.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Research, as well as your peers in PM to deliver great and delightful end-to-end experiences.
Deliver telemetry, dashboards, and experiments to measure the success of features.
Engage with customers, both directly \& indirectly, in formal and informal opportunities from conferences like Ignite to calls with customers to connect directly with them.
Connect with key partners \& influencers across the company as appropriate.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Experience handling successful end user software product rollouts from initial strategy to engineering requirements to audience/user adoption.
Experience leveraging data and user feedback to inform product decisions and identifying opportunities to experiment to gain usage insights.
Preferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Experience with web apps, content creation or content systems, web and email publishing and authoring tools.
Demonstrated experience of modern web publishing systems, including their capabilities and limitations.
Open to exploring innovative solutions that foster business growth while supporting a wide range of users and perspectives.
Ability to foster a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration.
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
