-
evaluation suites (âevalsâ) that measure output quality, reliability and safety signals
-
curated âgolden setsâ to detect regressions and validate improvements over time
Partner closely with engineering, design and research to deliver cohesive endâtoâend experiencesâbringing clarity, alignment and momentum while making thoughtful tradeâoffs between user control, simplicity and consistency.
Design for controllability in AIâassisted products, ensuring users can effectively steer outcomes through wellâchosen controls, sensible defaults and understandable feedback loops (e.g. preview, refine, iterate).
Identify and shape new opportunities that expand what users can achieve with Clipchamp, turning early ideas into compelling product narratives with clear problem statements, MVP definitions and success criteria.
Use rapid learning loopsâsuch as prototypes, experiments, customer insights and iterative testingâto reduce uncertainty and convert learnings into clear product decisions.
Define success metrics and feedback mechanisms, monitor outcomes postâlaunch and drive continuous improvements based on user impact, quality signals and overall product health.
Influence across partner teams through strong communication and collaborationâaligning stakeholders, managing tradeâoffs and proactively unblocking delivery.
Contribute to evolving PM practices for AIâpowered product development by applying rigorous evaluation thinking, practical experimentation and clear decisionâmaking in ambiguous environments.
