The Finance Privacy Program is a global function responsible for delivering high-quality privacy, risk management, compliance monitoring and advisory services for all Finance teams. The Privacy program supports the Global Finance organization including corporate finance, product and sales finance, and global workplace services and physical security teams. The Senior Privacy Manager is an integral member of the Finance Privacy Program and will be based in the Dublin office, responsible for enabling a variety of privacy governance activities to ensure all of the Global Finance organization is compliant with Microsoft Privacy Standards and global privacy regulations.

Responsibilities
Serve as trusted advisor to a subset of Finance stakeholders by responding to questions, assessing privacy risks and providing privacy advice.
Develop and maintain strategies and processes to comply with the Microsoft privacy policies and standards.
Design and develop process documentation that supports the responsibilities of this position.
Partner with key Finance stakeholders to drive privacy documentation and compliance of all personal data handling in Global Finance. Including Privacy Reviews, Data Protection Impact Assessments and Records of Processing Activities.
Collaborate with other privacy teams to plug into efforts to further develop cross-company privacy processes and documentation.
Collaborate with Incident Management Lead and Legal to ensure the Finance Incident Management process covers all requirements of the Microsoft Privacy Standard and to help drive decisions or resolve complex Incidents.
Support the privacy incident program by appropriately reporting, escalating and managing privacy issues/incidents in the Europe and Asia-Pacific time zones.
Work on global privacy or security projects related to emerging technologies and emerging regulations. Examples: Artificial Intelligence, Executive Orders, Local Privacy Regulations.
Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of the work handled by this position, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports and summaries.
Qualifications Minimum/Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk, Engineering or related field AND experience in Finance, risk management, audit, or compliance
- OR equivalent experience.
Experience in Privacy program management or related Privacy function.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in risk, finance, accounting, engineering, or closely related discipline.
Privacy Certification – CIPM or CIPP.
Extensive experience with a combination of the following: Risk Management, Privacy, Project Management, Controls design and execution.
Understanding of privacy policy, regulatory landscape, and privacy risk and demonstrated experience applying those to applications and processes.
Experience working with geographically diverse groups.
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Proven ability to collaborate across a complex matrix and functional boundaries.
Proven program management experience working with multiple projects and diverse goals.
