We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving product innovation and launching cutting-edge, industry-first agentic solutions.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy \& Ownership: Drive product strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business goals, customer needs, and long-term vision.
Market \& Competitive Intelligence: Conduct and synthesize market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities that shape product direction.
Data-Driven Execution: Own key product metrics, analyze performance data, and drive initiatives that optimize product outcomes and customer success.
Customer-Centric Prioritization: Champion customer insights by ensuring feedback is systematically captured, prioritized, and reflected in roadmap and feature decisions.
Strategic Stakeholder Leadership: Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, communicate progress, and maintain alignment across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience.
