Build the backbone of Microsoft’s consumer marketplace.

Help build the backbone of Microsoft’s consumer marketplace. Our team develops the tools and services that enable publishers to bring their products to market quickly and reliably. You’ll work on scalable systems, improve workflows for publishers, and ensure a smooth experience for customers worldwide.Responsibilities

Building high scale MicroServices and data storage layer

Develop and foster strong relationships with developers on multiple engineering teams within and outside the Azure division

Seek opportunities in our day-to-day workflow to improve quality and efficiency from ideation to deployment

Use your experience with a broad range of technology stacks, platforms and workflow tools to do your best, most efficient work and teach others to do the same

Qualifications

Required* BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree

5+ years Expertise in building fullstack applications using Java/Scala/C# and .Net and Javascript/Typescript

Preferred

Good technical fullstack engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python or equivalent experience.

Experience building backend systems in Java/.NET for customer-facing web applications, including API design and implementation

Experience developing full stack applications using Web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, React, CSS, Typescript on the front end.

Experience delivering highly secure, reliable and maintainable code

Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment is critical to success

Familiarity with Containers and Kubernetes

Ability to communicate ideas effectively.

Experience working in cloud platform is a plus.
