POSITION OVERVIEW
For the further expansion of the Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Ventilation business in Benelux, Midea is looking for an energetic and experienced HVAC Product Manager for professional channel. The role is focus on HVAC Portfolio Management and technical support for the business development in Benelux.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENT
HVAC engineering and university degree；
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, VRF and new energy products;
Strong HVAC engineering background;
Performance-driven and winning mindset;
Responsibility for products portfolio, strategy, new products launching, documentation.
Close collaboration with marketing and sales dept.
Maintenance of databases and systems Support of the sales team Planning and conducting training for employees and customers
Collaborate effectively with sales team to meet requirements for projects and opportunities;
Previous sales and engineering experience in HVAC solutions would be highly advantageous;
Ability to interpret and understand technical designs and translate to products solutions.
LEADERSHIP \& FUNCTIONAL COMPENTENCIES
Collaborative, self-awareness and development, motivated and resilience;
Good understanding of the technology of HVAC;
Ability to build and communicate technical questions for internal and external customers;
Good English skills.
