Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a
Technical Product Manager
to join our team of professionals. For this role you should have at least 3 years in technical product management, product management or product ownership with experience delivering web or cloud-based platorms.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy
: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Project Management
: Manage medium to large sized IT projects end to end from planning, conception to implementation. Responsible for timeline, resources, including quality assurance of the deliverables. Ensure that project targets in the project are met in a timely manner. Preparation of regular status updates and decision making documents for the steering committee.
Backlog \& Roadmap Management
: Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility to drive incremental delivery.
Stakeholder Communication
: Share product progress through demos, roadmap updates, and release notes, maintaining transparency across all levels of the organization.
Skills:
Completed studies in information technology, business informatics or similar
3 years experience managing complex IT projects and/or in Product Manager roles
Familiarity with modern web stacks (React, Typescript), APIs (REST, GraphQL) and Cloud Environments (AWS or GCP) plus CI/CD is desired.
Exprience in Lifescience
Proven success working with UX designers and engineering teams to deliver usercentric features.
Professional and with excellent ability to manage internal and external stakeholder interactions at all levels.
Strong skills in backlog management, sprint planning, story slicing, and release
coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solution-oriented, proactive personality with project leadership experience who is motivated and can work in a flexible environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. SCRUM.org, SAFe and/or PMI certifications are desired
Fluent in English
