Summary
Miko is an India based advanced consumer robotics innovation lab passionate about bringing the best of technology to young learners everywhere. Miko uses playful, conversational learning to educate, engage and entertain kids. Our robots have been designed for the age group of 5-10 and we actively sell in the US, UK and UAE besides India.
We are looking for a Product Manager for our Parent App Product, who would help build product strategy, develop new product features to improve Miko’s platform and drive user engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan out the product strategy of Miko Parent App and Miko Max subscription
Identify customer needs and pain-points through research, customer feedback analysis and convert them to measurable opportunities.
Go deep to solve problems and balance your action-bias with end-states.
Own metrics related to various funnels and have a perspective on its current, past, and future trends based on user engagement trends.
Brainstorming with Product leaders to convert opportunities to scalable ideas and write BRDs and PRDs
Task prioritization via proper sprint planning while maintaining velocity and timely bug resolutions.
Timely identification and escalation of breaks/changes in your metrics and root cause the same.
Plan and coordinate with UX and design team, technology and business stakeholders for driving key outcomes
Requirements
Min 1+ years of product management experience in consumer internet products and/or B2C business. Experience in kids products, gaming apps is preferred
Experience managing mobile app product
Experience in App UI/UX and strong understanding of new user journey
Strong business mindset with data driven decision making
Zest for learning, hustlers and Do-ers.
Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
Strong time management skills

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
