We’re now seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to elevate our mobile and terminal-based solutions to the next level.
In this role, you’ll focus on enhancing user experience, simplifying integrations with third-party applications, and optimising configuration and operational efficiency.
The following tasks are waiting for you:
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations and communicate progress. Ensure transparency and alignment between technical teams and business units.
Product Strategy \& Road Mapping:
Build and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Contribute to the vision and product strategy.
Requirement Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories. Ensure that all stakeholders’ requirements are understood and addressed.
Solution Shaping:
Collaborate with the subject matter experts, solution architects and development team to design and shape software solutions based on analysis results. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with the overall product strategy.
Agile Development:
Act as Product Owner in a scrum setting, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components. Participate in print planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Documentation and Training:
Ensure comprehensive documentation of the product features, functionalities and processes. Provide training and support to users and other stakeholders as required.
Experience Required:
7+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with Mobile and POS terminal applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Experience with managing products which are a combination of software and hardware (e.g. PAX terminal with pre-installed applications).
Experience with terminal management systems.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvements and innovation.
Fluent in English.
What would be an Advantage:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certifications are preferred.
