The Sr. Web Application Developer is a critical technical role responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of high-performance, high-availability, scalable, and secure applications. This role requires deep expertise in building modern, performant web-based applications, and experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC) and serves as a technical leader, a developer, and business analyst working with business users closely to build new applications, and new features in existing applications.

Key Responsibilities \& Duties

Design and architect scalable and maintainable features using modern programming frameworks (Angular 18+, .NET Core, .NET Framework).

Lead the development of complex, multi-tiered applications, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and security across all tiers.

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.

Conduct unit tests, functional tests, and integration tests to ensure code quality, functional correctness, and adherence to performance requirements.

Work closely with business users to gather user stories and business requirements and translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application performance issues and production defects.

Support production system after-hours.

Stay current with evolving web development technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field

5+ years of experience in .NET development

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Experience with database systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
