About the Role:
As a Roku developer on the project, you would be responsible for the development of the Roku application. The application requires an understanding of the UI design from Adobe XD (or other wireframing tools) and implementing them using BrightScript. The developer would use the SceneGraph framework for the implementation.
Requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience in software development with 3+ years in Roku.
· Experience in BrightScript.
· Experience working with SceneGraph.
· Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
· Have worked with consuming web services such as RESTful APIs.
· Working Knowledge of Git and familiarity with Github.
· Familiar with Roku certification checklist and review process.
· Familiar with Agile methodologies.
Nice to have:
· Experience with Adobe Clientless authentication.
· Experience with native Roku player and fetch the video URLs through APIs.
· Experience with Adobe Analytics SDKs for analyzing the user behaviour in the application.
