Kỹ sư Phần mềm là một vị trí với nhiệm vụ bao gồm tham gia vào toàn bộ chu trình phát triển phần mềm của từng dự án hoặc sản phẩm mà mình phụ trách. Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Quản Lý Bộ Phận, Kỹ Sư Phần Mềm phải đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ hiệu quả và nhanh chóng nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu và kì vọng của khách hàng và tiếp tục phát triển cùng các thành viên trong nhóm.
Software Engineer is a role which involves participating in the full software development lifecycle for each project or product you are assigned. Reporting to the Manager, the Software Engineer must ensure a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and continues to grow \& develop our staff.

Áp dụng các giải pháp kỹ thuật phần mềm tốt nhất nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm phần mềm và xây dựng một môi trường phần mềm tối ưu
Theo dõi, phân tích và hoàn thiện quá trình phát triển phần mềm hiện tại, đồng thời hỗ trợ xác định phương án cải thiện phù hợp
Liên lạc và tương tác với các thành viên trong nhóm nhằm đảm bảo sự tiến bộ liên tục;
Trao đổi với tất cả khách hàng và các cổ đông khác nhằm cung cấp được dịch vụ chất lượng cao nhất có thể
Chủ động và tích cực tham gia với tư cách là một thành viên nhóm Phát Triển Phần Mềm MiTek Vietnam, đoàn kết hướng đến mục tiêu trở thành một tổ chức vững mạnh
Tham gia hỗ trợ các công việc hằng ngày của nhóm
Thiết kế, lập trình, kiểm tra và gỡ rối, sử dụng công nghệ, công cụ phát triển và ngôn ngữ lập trình theo yêu cầu của dự án
Cộng tác với Quản Lý Sản Phẩm, Quản Lý Chất Lượng, DevOps, Kiến Trúc Sư phần mềm và các nhóm chức năng khác trong dự án (Ví dụ: Customer experience, Sales, Marketing), để đảm bảo rằng các giải pháp hiệu quả, nhất quán và đáp ứng nhu cầu kinh doanh
Làm việc trong môi trường phát triển phần mềm Agile (ví dụ: Scrum, Kanban), tham gia các cuộc họp cam kết, hồi cứu và lập kế hoạch
Chuyên cần trong giờ làm việc bình thường và ngoài giờ theo yêu cầu
Tham gia đánh giá các yêu cầu phần mềm
Tái cấu trúc sản phẩm hiện tại
Áp dụng các tiêu chuẩn phát triển sảm phẩm và đảm bảo chất lượng để đảm bảo thao tác logic và dữ liệu chương trình hiệu quả
Tham gia vào quy trình thiết kế và kiểm tra thiết kế
Có khả năng tự thiết kế các giải pháp chất lượng cho các tính năng nhỏ và trung bình
Tiếp tục xây dựng gia đình MiTek Vietnam thông qua việc hỗ trợ khách hàng và đảm bảo cung cấp cho tất cả khách hàng dịch vụ chất lượng cao nhất

Implement software engineering best practices to ensure the quality creation of software, and create an environment of software excellence
Monitoring, analyzing and improving the current development process – and help determine appropriate strategies for positive improvement
Liaising and interacting with all team members to ensure continuous improvement
Communicating with all customers and other stakeholders to the highest level of quality applicable
Positively and proactively participate as a member of the MiTek Vietnam Software Center, united in the pursuit of operational excellence
Participate in daily activities to support the Team
Design, code, test, and debug software, utilizing technologies, development tools and languages as required for the project assigned
Collaborate with Product Management, Software Quality Assurance, DevOps, Architecture, and other functional teams (e.g. Customer experience, Sales, Marketing), to ensure that solutions are efficient, consistent and fulfill business needs
Work in an Agile software development environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), participating in commitment, retrospective and planning meetings
Attendance during regular work hours and overtime as required
Participate in requirements reviews
Refactor existing software
Apply generally accepted development and quality assurance standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
Participate in design and design reviews
Able to independently design quality solutions for small to medium features
Continue to grow the MiTek Vietnam family by supporting the customers and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to all customers.
Other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications
Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Khoa học máy tính hoặc Kỹ sư máy tính
Có hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phần mềm hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan với kiến thức sơ lược về các quy trình và giải pháp phát triển toàn cầu.
Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) B1+ hoặc tương đương
Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm vững chắc về phát triển phần mềm, sử dụng các công nghệ cho dự án được giao và nhất quán với nhóm, điển hình bao gồm sử dụng các mẫu thiết kế, Thiết kế hướng đối tượng, C#, .NET Framework, Cơ sở dữ liệu SQL, C, C++ cũng như các công cụ và ngôn ngữ phát triển khác theo yêu cầu
Có kinh nghiệm mạnh về Microsoft Visual Studio hoặc IDE tương đương khác
Có khả năng đưa ra mục đích và hướng đi rõ ràng trong công việc
Nắm bắt và truyền đạt các mục tiêu làm việc có thể đo lường
Truyền đạt thông tin ngắn gọn và rõ ràng
Hỗ trợ các thành viên trong nhóm trong quá trình đào tạo thực tế (hoặc khi được đào tạo)
Giải quyết các vấn đề và mâu thuẫn theo hướng tích cực
Tuân thủ theo các quy trình phù hợp của MiTek Việt Nam
Xây dựng một môi trường làm việc trong đó các thành viên trong nhóm hỗ trợ và đoàn kết với nhau
Có khả năng động viên và khuyến khích các thành viên trong nhóm đưa ra sáng kiến và đặt trọng tâm vào chất lượng

University or College degree, preferably major in Computer Science or Engineering
Have 2 plus years experience within software or related industry with a cursory knowledge of global development practices and procedures.
English level (CEFR) B1+ or equivalent
Have solid knowledge and experience in software development utilizing technologies for the project assigned and consistent with the team typically including using design patterns, Object Oriented Design, C#, .NET Framework, SQL Database, C, C++, and other development tools and languages as required
Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or other equivalent IDE
Be able to provide a clear purpose and direction to your sprint tasks
Understand and communicate measurable performance objectives
Communicate clearly and succinctly
Support team members through on-the-job training (or being trained)
Resolve problems and conflicts positively
Conduct yourself in line with appropriate MiTek Vietnam procedures
