Automat, Inc.
, is a rapidly scaling enterprise AI company with $20 million in funding, focused on redefining
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Their mission is to make teaching AI agents to build automations as easy as showing a colleague the desired workflow.
They are seeking a
product-minded Full-Stack Software Engineer
to join their small, early-stage team. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will go beyond code, actively shaping the technical direction and culture. You will be responsible for building the robust, foundational product that supports their complex, large-scale customer deployments.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the forward-deployed team to deeply understand customer interactions and use those learnings to bolster the flagship workflow management product
Build interfaces that use cutting-edge computer use models in real-world business automation applications
Develop beautiful and intuitive UX interfaces that seamlessly abstract away complex business automation processes for both non-technical users and engineers
Influence engineering practices, shape product direction, and actively contribute to building a world-class company culture
Requirements
The client is looking for candidates with
3-10 years of experience
fitting one of these three profiles:
Joined a startup early and saw it scale over 3-5+ years
Founding engineer at multiple companies
5+ years at a FAANG (or similar top-tier tech company)
The ideal candidate appreciates the elegant balance between UX excellence and infrastructural scalability.
Benefits
Salary: $175K - $220K
Equity: 0.05% - 0.25%
