Role Overview :-
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive innovation and growth within the travel technology space. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, marketing, and business teams to deliver solutions with a strong B2C focus.
It’s an end-to-end product ownership role designed for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, leveraging data-driven insights, and building digital experiences that delight users. The position requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and execution discipline within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Product Development
Lead and contribute to the product development lifecycle — from ideation and prototyping to testing and launch.
Translate user and business requirements into product features and enhancements.
Ensure timely delivery and quality across all product releases.
2. Market \& Customer Research
Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and evolving customer needs.
Utilize insights to inform the product roadmap and prioritize features that create business value.
3. Data Analysis \& Insights
Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement.
Use analytical tools and dashboards to track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and retention.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to build seamless and impactful products.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business goals align with user experience.
5. User Experience \& Testing
Participate in user testing, usability studies, and feedback sessions to optimize user experience.
Validate product hypotheses through experimentation and A/B testing.
6. Documentation \& Process Management
Create and maintain clear documentation — including product specifications, user stories, and roadmaps.
Support project management activities such as sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and progress tracking.
Qualifications \& Skills :-
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
Experience :-
7–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Travel Tech or eCommerce platforms.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing end-to-end product cycles.
Technical \& Analytical Skills :-
Strong understanding of data analysis, user behavior metrics, and conversion funnels.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage), and SQL or scripting.
Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq).
