About the role:

As a Product Manager for one of our key Consumer Payments verticals, you will be at the heart of MobiKwik’s consumer business, owning the end-to-end experience for some of our highest-volume and most critical products: Recharges, Utility Bill Payments, and Credit Card

Bill Payments. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for this category, ensuring millions of users have a seamless, reliable, and rewarding experience every time they transact. Your primary goal will be to drive user engagement, improve

conversion funnels, increase retention, and maintain best-in-class transaction success rates for these essential services, while ensuring category growth through product initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

2-8 years, ideally within a B2C fintech or consumer internet company

Demonstrated experience in creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, defining product specifications, and writing detailed PRDs and user stories.

Hands-on experience managing product funnels, user onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including data analysis, A/B testing, and user research.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making; proficient with analytics tools

Prior experience with BBPS systems, recharge/billing user funnels

, or the payments ecosystem is a strong plus but not mandatory for a candidate with exceptional core B2C PM skills
