The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data Analyst who’s comfortable diving into spreadsheets, cleaning and transforming data, and turning information into clear, actionable insights.
This is a part-time role for around 20 hours per week spread over 5 weekday mornings with a potential requirement to be in the CBD one morning per week with the rest working remotely. It would suit someone that is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident using Excel and Power Query, with SQL and Power BI experience a strong advantage.
The Role
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in supporting the business with accurate data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Typical responsibilities include:
Using Excel and Power Query to clean, transform, and model large data sets
Developing and maintaining dashboards and performance reports
Conducting regular data integrity checks and reconciliations
Creating and maintaining automated reports to track KPIs and business trends
Partnering with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights
Documenting processes and ensuring repeatable, reliable data workflows
What you will need
To Be a Success In This Role You Have
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts)
Strong working knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and automation
Experience with data cleansing, manipulation, and analysis
Ideally, familiarity with Power BI or similar visualisation tools and SQL
High attention to detail and accuracy
A problem-solving mindset and confidence working independently
