Define product strategy and roadmap:

Develop and execute a

product roadmap

aligned with business goals and company objectives

Define

KPIs and metrics

to measure product performance and impact.

Lead Product Development, Product Innovation and Improvement:

Oversee

product discovery, feature prioritization, A/B testing

, and timely delivery with cross-functional teams.

Ensure

high product quality and best-in-class user experience

through careful exploration, continuous iteration and optimizing different UI/UX

Drive growth initiatives

Analyze

customer behavior and growth drivers

to develop scalable growth strategies.

Evaluate

market trends and competitor insights

to identify new opportunities.

Leverage

data-driven decision-making

to optimize product adoption and performance.

Transform User Insights into Product Excellence

Analyze

data trends, user behavior data, conduct user research

to drive product improvements.

Prioritize features and optimize usability

based on customer insights.

Implement feedback loops

for continuous iteration and alignment.

Use A/B testing and cohort analysis

to validate and refine product decisions.

Ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product roadmap for continuous improvement.

Manager and Optimize Product Performance

Track

key product performance metrics

iteration, optimization, and alignment with business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or a related field; MBA is a plus;

Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management and growth with a proven track record of successfully growing B2C users via product-led growth initiatives;

Prior experience in B2C platform growth is required. Strong understanding of B2C user behavior, product-led growth strategies. Understanding of C2C network effect, user-generated content is a plus;

Understanding of marketing, fintech, banking, ecommerce, machine learning for recommendation problems is a strong plus;

Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Able to link between product and business metrics;

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner;

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams;

Proficiency in product management disciplines, from discovery to delivery to launching.
