We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and inspire our banking product team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong expertise in finance and technology, as well as a deep passion for developing their team. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our solutions provide an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire a high-achieving product management team, coaching the team through product requirements and design critiques.
Product Development: Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define the product vision and strategy for bank partnerships and sources of funds. Focus on user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
Collaboration and Communication: Develop trusted relationships with technology leaders, business leaders, and other stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery. Build loyalty and commitment in others by communicating clear expectations, mentoring direct reports, and setting a strong personal example.
Analysis and Optimization: Analyze user data and feedback to measure the product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a team management position.
A proven track record in high-volume, high-pressure product environments, with strong results in delivering product capabilities.
Deep business and technical acumen from a Financial Services, Payments, or Banking organization, with specific experience in integrating and linking with core banking systems and a deep understanding of these systems.
Strong knowledge of Design, UI/UX, and the ability to coach and critique design.
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Passion for leading and developing direct reports, providing guidance, consultation, and opportunities to improve their professional skill set, including the ability to lead and influence remotely.
