The Opportunity

The Education Product Manager will work in close collaboration with the Executive Director Education and Director of Diplomas, Monash Foundation Year and English to collectively identify, define, refine and deliver valuable and effective pathways products.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse market trends, emerging technologies, and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for potential product innovations, planning and pricing.

Lead the development of product plans aligned to measurable KPIs with consideration to regulatory requirements and the operating environment.

Maintain and improve product commercial performance through working with key stakeholders on market awareness, positioning and promotion of products

Develop and manage systems, processes, templates, and knowledge management resources to support efficient product development, design, delivery and reporting.

Contribute to governance structures such as steering committees, annual reviews, and audits to ensure accountability and alignment of product roadmaps to strategy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

At least 5 years’ experience in international education market/product development, business development and/or product development

Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex transnational education initiatives or educational programs/products.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
