Job Description
As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful solutions for our merchants. You'll:
Deeply understand ShopeePay's merchant ecosystem, including our merchant needs, critical ops workflows, and technical considerations
Innovate and lead the development of product features across our Merchant Service domain. Your focus will be on revolutionizing merchant onboarding, optimizing income reconciliation, and supercharging overall operation efficiency
Drive end-to-end product implementation, from initial concept to successful launch. You'll manage timelines and orchestrate collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Finance, and Operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
Continuously optimize product features by leveraging market insights, evolving business needs, and data analysis. Your goal will be to ensure our solutions are not just effective and user-friendly, but also market-leading and strategically aligned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of product management experience within consumer facing products. Payments, fintech and consumer banking experience is preferred.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving diverse teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, good at complex problem-solving and decision-making based on data. Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools is highly preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can expertly multi-task.
Solid technical literacy, enabling seamless collaboration with engineers and a deep understanding of system architecture and API designs.
