Job Description
Lead and own product initiatives for ShopeePay Promotion, building scalable and impactful promotion mechanics across different user and transactional flow to drive user acquisition and retention
Drive end-to-end product development, from initial concept discovery and discussion, design, development, and validation through launch and adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Marketing teams, to ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives
Plan product roadmap and continuously optimize promotion features by leveraging data analysis, user insights, competitive benchmarking, and evolving business needs.
Monitor and measure performance of promotion products with business and data teams to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2-4 years of dynamic product management experience within payments, fintech, consumer banking, or e-commerce. Direct experience with Promotion or Marketing products in the industry is a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving diverse teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, good at complex problem-solving and decision-making based on data. Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools is preferred.
