Job Description
Drive the end-to-end product development of SPaylater products among different markets, from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement.
Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the products.
Collect data and user feedback to measure performance of product features, and to feedback into product development.
Ensure strong collaboration and communication across teams - business development, risk team, operations, design, engineering, data scientist team and customer experience.
Requirements
A degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or related disciplines from a university with good academic credentials
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data analysis/design would be preferred
Experience in a product management role with a strong technical background, especially in marketing, backend, or AI-related systems
Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player striving for team success, comfortable with changes in a fast-paced environment
