Our product manager is dedicated to orchestrating the entire development of a diverse range of digital goods. These goods encompass, though are not confined to, mobile top-up, bill payment, game top-up, e-vouchers, and attraction tickets. Notably, we have expanded our reach to include travel-related products, such as flight, bus, train, taxi, and hotel bookings.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity not only to oversee end-to-end management of the entire digital platform but also to spearhead initiatives aimed at expanding our product portfolio.
Job Description
Work on OTA travel product, in charge of FE and BE logic, and provider API integration. Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, spanning from ideation, design, technical development, and initial rollout to post-launch enhancements and iterations.
Foster strong collaboration and communication across diverse functions, comprehending actual business needs, and proposing optimal solutions.
Manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines effectively
Define key success metrics for product performance, and conduct data analysis to propel further development
Identify key levers that have the most significant impact on business, and apply creative thinking to devise innovative product solutions
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Computing or Information related fields
2-5 years of experience in product management, prior experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA) is preferred
Self-driven, positive attitude, and a team player
Strong communication skills, proficient in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations
Excellent storytelling, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams
