Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Postgres, and Apache Kafka development.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Chef, Jenkins, Sonar, Checkmarx, and Maven.
Showcase a strong proficiency in High and Low-Level System Design, contributing to the architectural decisions of the projects.
Exhibit proficiency in Domain-Driven Design and event-driven (especially event-first)-based design and implementation methodologies.
Possess expertise in performance tuning and systematic level troubleshooting, ensuring optimized system performance.
Provide team leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior members of the team.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, capable of participating in technical discussions with senior technical members and business leaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java-based technologies.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and guiding technical decisions.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
