Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end (chat and web) experiences to enhance product understanding, leveraging our product knowledge repository and catalog.
Design and expand the architecture of our product knowledge repository to support scalability and efficiency.
Design and expand the architecture of our product catalog to accommodate growth and complexity.
Create intelligent agents capable of utilizing resources and tools to deliver expert-level insights into Grab’s product catalog, including rollout status and performance metrics.
Requirements:
More than 3 years relevant experience
Hands-on experience with AI development tools and building intelligent agents.
Proficient in coding with Python, Go, and React.
Familiarity with machine learning ecosystems, including platforms, libraries, and frameworks, is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
