A fast-growing AI platform company in the indemnity technology space is seeking a Cloud / AWS Engineer to help strengthen the infrastructure powering production AI and data products.
This hybrid role blends hands-on cloud engineering with increasing technical ownership as the platform scales across multiple enterprise clients. The environment supports real-world AI workloads and complex automation pipelines, requiring reliable AWS infrastructure, strong Terraform practices, and production-grade delivery standards.
This role is ideal for an engineer with solid AWS production experience who is ready to expand their impact while helping operationalize AI-driven products.
Required Skills \& Experience
Strong hands-on experience operating production AWS environments, including core services such as VPC networking, IAM security, EC2, Lambda, S3, and managed databases.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to manage scalable and repeatable cloud environments.
Experience supporting AI, data platforms, or automation-heavy application workloads in production environments.
Desired Skills \& Experience
Experience orchestrating complex workflows using AWS Step Functions or similar state-machine based automation tools.
Familiarity with containerized workloads using ECS, EKS, or similar orchestration platforms.
Experience designing or supporting CI/CD pipelines and observability frameworks using tools such as CloudWatch, logging platforms, and automated deployment pipelines.
