We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Manager to lead and oversee our digital operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail and sales management. Duties
Lead and manage the online sales team, providing guidance and support to optimise performance
Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer experience
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and optimise merchandising efforts
Supervise content management, product listings, and promotional activities across digital channels
Analyse sales data and website analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Coordinate with marketing teams to plan campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Organise team schedules, meetings, and training sessions to ensure organisational efficiency
Monitor industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of online retail innovation
Manage administrative tasks related to online operations, including reporting and documentation
Experience
Proven management experience in an online or retail environment with a focus on sales management
Demonstrable supervisory experience with team management responsibilities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
Experience in merchandising, visual presentation, and promotional planning within a digital context
Skilled in using management software, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools
Previous administrative experience coupled with strong time management abilities
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
