Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and backend teams to design and maintain robust DevOps pipelines.
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD systems to enable fast, automated, and reliable game releases.
Manage and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Monitor and troubleshoot live environments (staging and production) to ensure stability and optimal performance.
Implement zero-downtime deployment practices for game content and backend services.
Work with the InfoSec team to develop secure, compliant environments and enforce best practices.
Automate routine operational tasks and drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and performance.
Participate in post-mortem analyses, capacity planning, and on-call rotations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
Experience \& Technical Skills
4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Strong scripting capabilities with Bash, Python, or equivalent.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
Understanding of versioning, release workflows, and deployment strategies for game clients or microservices.
Good grasp of backend architecture for games and deployment strategies in online gaming environments.
Priority given to those with experience implementing live-streaming systems.
Strong communication skills and an ability to solve complex problems collaboratively.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in iGaming, online gaming, or real-time multiplayer systems.
Familiarity with Node.js, Redis, and WebSocket server technologies.
Exposure to slots games, casual games, or fast-paced live game environments.
Understanding of regulatory compliance in cloud infrastructure (e.g., data residency, auditability).
