Responsibilities
Carry out detailed engineering works for the signalling contracts, including day-to-day liaison and engagement with contractors, interface parties, internal and external stakeholders
Lead the design review, installation, testing and commissioning activities of signalling systems for new railway projects, as well as support systems integration with other E\&M systems and contracts administration
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in managing the design and construction of signalling works for large-scale railway projects in a multi-disciplinary environment
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
Proven track record in design, installation, implementation, testing and commissioning of Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) Signalling System
Experience in SICAS / SMARTLOCK / VCC / TGMT / SACEM based signalling system is an advantage
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Construction Engineer-Signalling position
