Network Design
Key Responsibilities:
Lead network planning, architecture reviews, and design development aligned with Cisco validated designs and customer requirements.
Oversee implementation activities, network upgrades, and change execution, ensuring accuracy, minimal risk, and operational continuity.
Provide advanced onsite technical support, deep-dive troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex network issues.
Proactively optimize network performance using analytics, monitoring tools, and industry best practices to enhance stability, reliability, and security.
Act as the customer’s trusted Cisco technical advisor, maintaining strong relationships and aligning technical decisions with business objectives.
Collaborate with Cisco CX teams, TAC, High-Touch Engineers, and the Cisco Account Team to deliver coordinated and seamless end-to-end support.
Skills/Experience:
10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise or service provider networks.
Strong expertise in key Cisco technologies, including Catalyst Switching, SD-WAN, Nexus, ACI, and ISE.
Solid background in network architecture, design principles, and change management processes.
Advanced troubleshooting skills with experience performing RCAs and resolving complex network issues.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to work independently and full-time onsite at the customer environment.
Relevant Cisco certifications.
CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or Data Center) highly preferred.
Experience in Solutions Architecture or Network Consulting roles.
Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, Ansible).
Familiarity with Cisco CX methodologies, network analytics platforms, and proactive optimization tools.
Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
