Join TomTom as a Product Manager for Orbis Product Create and drive the evolution of map-making, delivering innovative and customizable map solutions that meet the diverse needs of our customers.What you'll do

Product Vision \& Strategy: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Orbis Product Create, ensuring alignment with overall Maps objectives, our Living Maps Strategy and customer needs

Customer Focus: Engage with key personas such as Release Operations Managers, Expert Data Producers, and Map Consumers to understand their requirements and translate them into product features and improvements.

Release Orchestration: Lead the automation and standardization of product configuration, scheduling, and release processes to improve efficiency, predictability, and cost-effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with engineering managers, software engineers, and other product managers to deliver features that provide true business value.

Change Management: Own the change management process for product specifications and licensing, ensuring clear communication and documentation of changes and their impacts.

Compliance \& Quality: Ensure all map products comply with licensing standards (e.g., ODbL), and maintainhigh standards of quality, coverage, and data completeness.

Market Awareness:Maintain visibility on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product direction.

Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with analytics, QA, Map Expertsand platform teams to deliver a seamless product experience and support continuous improvement.

What you'll need

Understanding of business-to-business software, data and/or service markets

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with the automotive supplier market is a plus

Completed Master level degree in software engineering or a relevant field

Has more than 2 years of professional experience as software developer

More than years 5 years of relevant experience in a technology company, preferably in a product management, product marketing or business development role
