About MyTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 2,900 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 50+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

Maintaining and improving our build and deployment processes.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of our systems and processes.

Mentoring and training junior team members of the DevOps team.

Staying up to date with the latest trends and technology in the DevOps area.

This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You

Have experience automating the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using technologies like Kubernetes

Have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as GitHub Actions, Gitlab or CircleCI.

Possess strong proactive problem-solving skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English), to convey ideas and to facilitate discussions.

Our current tech stack

We are fully cloud-native, utilizing AWS. We adopt a Lean, API first product development approach leveraging cloud technologies and design practices.

Our web front-end applications are developed predominantly in Angular, using TypeScript / Wordpress headless content management systems.

Our platform technologies, both microservice and AI, are developed in Python.

We also foster a rapidly growing expertise in knowledge graphs (Neo4j) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL restful etc.). In addition, we develop human-in-the-loop machine learning for healthcare in-house, such as LLMs and other NLP techniques.

What Success Looks Like In The First 6 Months

You’ve built trust with Product, Frontend, and DevOps peers and taken clear ownership of 1–2 backend services.

You’ve delivered impactful backend features end-to-end (design, implementation, tests, docs), and they’re used in production without hand-holding.

You’ve contributed to our core infrastructure in Kubernetes by containerizing at least three services and deploying it via GitHub Actions and Terraform.

You’ve improved the reliability and performance of our platform by adding meaningful observability (metrics, logs, tracing) and removing one or two top sources of errors or latency.

You’ve strengthened security in a service (e.g., authorization boundaries, secrets management, least-privilege access) and documented the approach.

You’ve written clear technical documentation and ADRs, shared knowledge with the team, and provided mentorship to junior engineers so others can build on your work.
