As a Product Manager, you will be joining the ECOM team in Group Chief Operating Officer, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Define and drive the vision and roadmap for Customer Profile Management for individual customers across the enterprise.

Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to build and deliver customer profile management and maintenance capabilities for individual customers as an enterprise business service.

Create/develop product/feature roadmaps articulating the incremental release of value, that can be rolled up to the broader strategic roadmap. Drive change agenda to ensure roadmap delivery.

Represent the voice of the Customer Profiles (Individuals) team and impacted NAB customers to all partners/stakeholders external to the team.

Work closely with our business partners across PB and B\&PB to identify opportunities to improve customer/banker experience and adopt our services.

Work with Domain Product Owners to assist in identifying opportunities for future improvements in our customer profile management experiences.

Operational reporting to monitor service quality, adoption, performance and other operational metrics, including working with Tech teams to create alerting and dashboards to monitor performance

Manage running of the business service from product perspective, including management of incidents and issues from triage through to resolution,

What you will bring:

Extensive experience as product owner, preferably in a large bank/finance-based business

In-depth understanding of financial/digital/data products, processes and systems

Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and data-driven decision making

Experience working in an Agile delivery environment and familiarity with HCD techniques

Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints

Comfortable playing a leadership role, including facilitating workshops with cross-functional business and IT teams through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change
