With headquarters in Hong Kong and a 20-year track record of excellence, they are now seeking a talented Senior Web Developer to join their expanding team to shaping the technical direction of the website, supporting junior developers, and ensuring sustainable, high-performing code delivery.
What You Will Do
Develop and oversee frontend architecture, including directory organization and reusable component strategies for Next.JS and Node.JS
Establish technical standards, implement quality assurance processes, and enforce best practices for accessibility, performance, and SEO
Serve as technical bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring all code meets established standards and conventions
Work with Product and Delivery teams to assess technical viability, provide effort estimates, and identify potential platform limitations
Track performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve site architecture, manage technical debt, and implement refactoring when necessary
Facilitate collaboration with backend and DevOps teams on API structure, error handling protocols, and deployment readiness
What You Will Need
5+ years of front-end development experience with strong proficiency in Node.JS and Next.JS frameworks.
Proven track record with various rendering techniques, localization, SEO optimization, and API integration.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, performance profiling, and component documentation.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate technical challenges and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Reliable team player with strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting deliverables.
