Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Developer (Fresher) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in programming, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the development team to design, build, and maintain software applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Assist in debugging, testing, and improving existing systems.
Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or backend development.
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
