Pay Range: $64,367.00 - $94,394.00

Works on an agile development team to build, test, and maintain our internal software programs as well as our participant web portal under direct supervision

Education / Experience Comments* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities* Ability to work as part of a highly collaborative development team.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as business requirements and software specifications.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal contacts both written and oral.

Object-oriented programming and database experience are required. Working knowledge of Java and SQL is a plus.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.

Ability to develop and document requirements and specifications.

Primary Tasks

40% Documents solutions by creating flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clear, well-commented code.

40% Following our software development lifecycle, develops, tests, and modifies software solutions by analyzing business needs, conferring with users, investigating problem areas, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes after review by more senior staff.

15% Improves team processes by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures to increase efficiency.

5% Other duties as assigned.
