Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scala Developer with 6–9 years of strong hands-on expertise in functional programming, big data technologies, and distributed computing. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Scala.
Build and integrate APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data processing and management.
Develop and implement Big Data or Data Lake solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Perform problem analysis, debugging, and optimization of applications.
Work on data workflows using Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and related technologies.
Develop Unix scripts and automate processes as needed.
Manage Control-M or Airflow job scheduling.
Adapt to new technologies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
