We are currently looking for a Product Owner CRM – an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions in an
hybrid position based in San Pablo.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership in Dynamics 365: Deep knowledge of the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules; ability to translate business objectives into CRM capabilities and backlog items.
Agile Product Governance: Responsible for sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery strategy; ensures alignment with LDC’s portfolio roadmap and business KPIs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders and other Product Owners to define the right business vision and objectives, prioritize the roadmap, and align timelines. Monitor CRM system performance and user adoption to identify improvements, guiding Business Analysts and the development team throughout project execution.
CRM Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with the Business Analysis team to develop a CRM implementation and adoption roadmap aligned with long-term organizational goals.
Solution Design Coordination: Lead the design of CRM solutions tailored to the organization’s unique needs and requirements, focusing on delivering business value.
Trusted Advisor Role: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance on CRM best practices, capabilities, and their potential impact on business outcomes.
Workshops and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, build consensus, and foster collaboration.
Leadership and Project Management: Lead CRM implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and project team members.
Project Planning and Delivery: Coordinate with Business Analysts to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery within defined scope and budget.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in CRM consulting or Product Owner/Manager roles.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into CRM solutions that deliver value.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project delivery from initiation to closure.
Solid experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience in an international and multicultural setting.
