Senior Partner Manager
in our
Channel \& Alliances Team for the Nordics \& Benelux
, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across these regions. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential partners, foster collaboration, and drive joint marketing and sales efforts. Your leadership will be crucial in accelerating mutual growth and expanding Neptune Software’s partner ecosystem 🌍.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
9+ years of experience in partner management within the software industry.
Experience working with indirect sales channels (e.g., Software Resellers, VARs, System Integrators, or Technology Consultants).
Proven ability to meet or exceed channel sales targets in the Nordics or Benelux markets.

9+ years of experience in partner management, ideally within enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
Experience developing and executing joint business plans with strategic partners.
Familiarity with software technologies, trends, and licensing models.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to drive partner enablement.
Strong analytical skills with experience assessing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

📈 Develop and execute a partner strategy for the
Nordics \& Benelux
region, achieving mutual revenue targets and increasing market presence.
🤝 Recruit and onboard new partners, including Software Resellers, System Integrators, and Boutique Partners.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners to drive sales and joint success.
🎯 Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and co-marketing activities that generate pipeline.
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
📊 Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and plan next steps.
Provide accurate forecasts and insights to management, highlighting partner performance and regional trends.
