Position Summary

The Key account Manager Wholesaler is an expert on wholesalers in the Out of Home Channel, creating a relationship with all wholesalers in Belgium. Making Nestlé Waters top of mind and ensuring our full distribution.

A day in the life of a Key account Manager Wholesaler

You’re in charge of all the Sell-in distribution channels on wholesalers’ level, within the Horeca \& Drinkcenters.

Creating Promotional \& visibility activations with our trade marketing department.

Being the spokesperson for our brands at our customers, fairs, business partners and strategic clusters.

Driving growth by introducing all our brands and innovations.

Making agreements with direct and indirect customers and ensuring a durable \& profitable collaboration.

Contributing to the monthly Sales meetings.

Applying the commercial plans to that scope and finalizing agreements, monitoring promotions, leading Business Review with partners together with our field team.

Have a proactive attitude towards internal organization to provide information (general \& relevant) during processes, e.g., Integrated Commercial plan.

What will make you successful

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales roles within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering on KPIs, particularly top-line and bottom-line business results.

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent sales experience, with a proven track record in this area.

Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce+, Qlik Sense, Power BI, and OneNote.

Strong analytical skills, complemented by advanced Excel capabilities.

Expertise in the Dutch market is an advantage.

Strong communication skills: ability to convey complex messages in a clear and convincing way.

Ability to leverage reporting to a higher level, ensuring the achievement of agreed Sales targets/KPIs (annually and during each focus period) while effectively managing the sales funnel.

A team player who can work independently, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Excellent organizational skills.

Fluency in Dutch and French; proficiency in English is a plus.
